Rules & Regulations of DebrupNibas

  • The minimum age of the Resident should be 50 years.
  • The Authority decides cases of residents below 50 years willing to be a resident of theDebrupOld Age Home. Queries are heldabout his previous address and service particulars by the Authorities and only on a satisfactory result he is considered as a Resident.
  • lf any resident is charged with Judiciary Court Case or involved with any unsocial activities, his membership from DebrupNibasis terminatedand loses the benefit of claiming back his deposit with the Authorities of the DebrupNibas.
  • If any portion ofthe deposited fund of the resident is spentby him/herself for any emergency/urgent cause, thesaid money needs to be refunded.
  • No Resident is allowed to go outside the Nibasand remain outside the Nibas after 8 pm. without taking prior permission from the Authorities. Reasons for going outside the Nibas need to be clearly mentioned in the Registered on the Residentís return to the Nibas.
  • Any person entering the Nibas needs to clearly mention his particulars and purpose of his visit before visiting the Resident of DebrupNibas.
  • Residents are not allowed to be involved in active politics.
  • lt is desirable to have a Medical Insurance Policy and the Premium of the Policy should be paid by the resident.
  • At the time of taking Membership in the Nibas, the Memberís health conditionand food habits need to be clearly mentioned.
  • Mentally handicapped persons or persons affected with serious diseases are not eligible for membership of the Nibas. If a Resident is later found suffering from mental disorder or any serious disease his membership will be terminated.Every resident will be considered as a resident after medical examination.
  • In the event of a residentís deathat the Nibas, the information is immediately sent to hisresidence and local administration. In the absence of the residentís relatives or any communication from their end, the body is cremated with the permissionof local administration. The necessary costs incurred in this respect is made from his deposited fund and the balance paid back to the nominated person ofthe resident.
  • lt is the sole responsibility and duty of the Authorities and Residents of DebrupNibas to keep the Nibasand its attached areas tidy and hygienic.
  • Ln case the Authorities decide or are bound to close the Nibas, the Authorities can issuea notice with a prior notice of three months so that theresidents may make alternative arrangement. The total deposited money is returned back to the resident.

FINANCE

  • A resident should be aged minimum 50 years. One Time Deposit of Rs. 100,000/-and a Monthly Expense of Rs. 6,000/- is payable for a Single Bed Room.
  • Fora Double Bed Room, One Time Deposit of Rs. 100,000/- and a Monthly Expense of Rs. 5,500/- for singleís and Rs. 11000/- for husband &wife is payable.
  • Monthly Expense to be deposited by cheque within the first 2 days of the month or by cash within the first 7 days of the month to the Authorities/Directors of DebrupNibas.
  • In case of absence of 15 days at a stretch and 30 days at a stretch, a sum of Rs. 500/- & Rs. 1500/- will be deducted respectively from the monthly payment, with the permission of the Old Age Home Authorities.
  • Monthly payment may be augmented in consultation with the residents of DebrupNibasdue to the inflation of the daily market price.
  • In case of any urgent service/treatment of a resident of Debrup, the organization deducts the expenses from the deposit account ofthe resident and subsequently the resident need to replace the fund to the authorities by the resident.
  • In case of the residentís decision to depart from Debrup Nibas, the entire deposited fund is refunded without any deductions.
  • The resident needs to give a prior notice of 180 days from the departure date to the authorities of DebrupNibas.
  • In the event of the death of a resident of DebrupNibas the total deposited money (without any interest) will be paid back tothe nominated person of the resident.
